Reform's top 20 target seats are PIP hotspots

The 20 seats Reform doesn't hold that best fit its voter profile. PIP claimants already outnumber the 2024 majority in 16 of them, and PIP caseloads have risen faster than the +67% England & Wales average in 19 of 20.
