From 22.3 to 7.6 mmol/L — insulin transformed glucose control in 6 days

Daily average blood glucose from diagnosis (18 May 2023) through 3 months of insulin therapy (10 Aug 2023). At diagnosis, the patient had lost 9.7 kg over 11 months, a classic Type 1 diabetes presenting symptom. The safe clinical zone is 3.9–10.0 mmol/L. All 78 post-insulin daily averages remained within range — a 66% reduction in average glucose within 6 days of insulin initiation.
