Georgia counties gaining and losing students

This map shows changes in high school populations by county. It includes data from schools in the Georgia High School Association, which includes all public high schools and some private ones. The values represent percent change from 2013 to 2023; I took a three-year average centered on those years to minimize single-year anomalies.
