Example: Using a custom range to draw out variation in the middle

Rather than have the breaks driven by very high or low values, putting a limit on the min and max represented (find under "custom range") shows more of the fine differences between counties.

Grayed out counties are missing data; you might have noticed that CT is gone all together, and that has to do with a mismatch between IDs for the state's planning regions and county areas present in the data.
